A woman’s request to pay off her debt to her ex-brother-in-law with oral sex was validated by the country’s justice system. The debt amount was 15,000 euros, and the court had already authorized the “payment” with oral sex - provided that the relationship was consensual. However, the woman later decided to take legal action again, as when she decided to stop performing the act with her ex-brother-in-law, he asked that the rest of the debt be paid in cash.
Based on the fact that the woman never sought authorities to report the man for sexual coercion, the court concluded that the acts were consensual and that the debt was paid. The woman argued that she only filed complaints after the incident because she received a phone call from her ex-brother-in-law asking for payment in cash.
