A married couple from Southampton, Alex and Mitch, recently discussed their "unconventional relationship" on a YouTube series called Love Don't Judge. Their openness about their unique arrangement garnered a mix of reactions online, with some referring to their relationship as "pretty strange." Alex openly dates other men, with her husband's approval, while Mitch doesn't enjoy the same freedom.
Their honesty sparked a significant online discussion, and not everyone views their dynamic positively, with some labeling it "f***ing weird."
Alex explained, "As a couple, we face judgment because we don't follow the traditional path. I date other people, and Mitch is the one looking after the kids, which, to some, seems unusual since it's typically the woman in that role."
The wife, who also maintains an OnlyFans account, received a "wave of judgment" after her revelation. However, the couple maintains that Alex dating other guys is "not a big deal."
Meanwhile, Mitch has his own boundaries, admitting, "I never want to meet her dates – I just find that a bit strange, to be honest." Alex then shared her preference, saying, "I'm into geeky guys who are good at math. I don't know why; it's just my thing, and I appreciate intelligent people." She also mentioned that while she occasionally feels guilty about dating other men while Mitch is at home, she often keeps in touch with him during her outings.
Due to their distinctive circumstances, the couple faces a constant stream of judgment on social media.
But the couple think the trolls are "tragic" and Alex said: "I'd rather be someone who does something controversial than someone who just writes hate all day."
