Sunny Lane, born on March 2, 1980, in Georgia, USA, is an American pornographic actress. In her youth, she worked as a professional skater.
She also trained in ice skating with James Millns for Olympic preparation but had to undergo bunion surgery. Unable to train, she began her career as a stripper as a means of financial survival.
Later, Sunny Lane became an exotic dancer and won the Déjà Vu Showgirl contest in 2004. Lane was invited to present the AVN Awards in 2005, and after the show, she was approached by Sean Michaels, who encouraged her to pose for Playboy magazine. Lane began acting in adult films the same year.
She has five nominations at the 2007 AVN Awards, including a second nomination for Best Actress.
Lane announced in June 2007 that in addition to working as a pornographic actress, she would make some appearances as a dancer in a circuit of strip clubs.
Sunny has also worked as a prostitute at the Bunnyranch, is a certified yoga and Pilates instructor, and her career is managed by her parents, Mike and Shelby, with whom she lives in her apartment, and who even made a brief appearance in one of her videos.
